Capital Meats commitment to customers paid off last year, as the company reached an amazing 97% Customer Satisfaction!
"We said at the beginning of 2012, customer satisfaction would be our number one priority," says Capital Meats Owner Scott McMichael. "We have an amazing product, and our customers have let us know that they agree!"
Capital Meats added a dedicated call center to customer service, and also added customer service representatives at each of their 13 distribution centers in order to make every effort possible to satisfy customers.
Capital Meats also added new lines of All Natural Beef, Chicken, Seafood, and Pork, and made all product information available online.
"The new product line made a significant difference in 2012," McMichael says, "and then we made nutritional information, ingredients, and cooking instructions readily available on our website so customers would be able to prepare the products like our chef prepares them."
To continue customer satisfaction into 2013, Capital Meats will be increasing their social media presence so they can connect with customers quickly and efficiently. As well, Capital Meats will also be launching a new website with more cooking instructions, recipes, and cooking videos from professional chefs.
